factory recondition ? of just used

not very happy with this i know it was recondition but it was in very poor condition flash light didnt work bulb no good and one of the batties only last about 10 mins the other last about an hour al the tools are very used i think a factory recondition should be in better shape then this

Sticky and Stamped Refurb

I understand it was refurbished but one of the batteries was covered with some sort of adhesive that left it tacky to touch. I didn't realize refurb ment dirty. The tools themselves had the word refurb melted into them. There were no mechanical issue only cosmetic. The batteries charge fast and last a long time. They also die all at once there is no warning that they will die, it doesn't lose power at all when the battery is low.
