NOTHING COMPARES!!! The Very BEST!!! Used Professionally for Cabinet Installation [including tear outs, blah blah blah, Everything!]. Cannot be beat, powerful, long charger, Best Quality and Features of Any Manufacturer. Not the little 1/2 a battery for homeowners, Commercial Friendly!

They are all I could ask for, powerful, long lasting charge, improved selector rings, great ergonomics. One nit to pick, they came without bit holders. That will have to be changed.

I was a bit concerned buying a refurbished product but I took the risk because I only needed the batteries and a charger for my other tools. For the price of two batteries I received the entire set. Unfortunately when it arrived I was constantly getting errors when charging the batteries. Didn't really want to return it back to Amazon because it was a sweet deal,so I took it to Makita's authorized service center. Yes, these tools are under 12 months warranty.They could not decide if the batteries were defective or the charger, so they replaced all of them. Long story short, after all the adventures, I'm very happy with the tools. They work great and look new. Batteries last long time and charge very fast. In 20-30 minutes they are ready to go. Having 2 of them, you should never run out.Drill and screw gun are pleasure to use. I felt like a kid again, driving 3 inch long screws into wood just for fun. It was effortless.Both tools are precise, well balanced and get the job done. LED light is rather of a limited use but still nice. Better to have it than not. Encouraged but this purchase I decided to get more refurbs from Makita. So far, all work great.
