The Hitachi KC18DSAL 18-Volt Lithium-Ion Cordless Compact Pro Driver Drill with Reciprocating Saw and Spotlight Combo Kit includes the DS18DSAL compact driver drill, the CR18DSL reciprocating saw, UB18DAL spotlight and powered by the new Hitachi Slide-type Lithium-Ion battery system. This system greatly increases ergonomics by removing the battery stem, which is traditionally inserted into the tool handle. The DS18DSAL driver drill boasts a powerful 460 in-pound of torque in an ergonomic, 3.3-pound lightweight design. The CR18DSL reciprocating saw provides up to 2,100 strokes per minute at 1-1/8-inch, resulting in impressive cutting capabilities. The UB18DAL spotlight has (5) adjustable head positions and stands upright for maximum convenience in low light work areas. Also included are (2) 18-volt 1.5Ah Lithium-Ion batteries (for fade free power, less weight and 3x the total battery life of traditional NiCd batteries), a quick charger and a carrying bag. NOT for PROS

I also wrote a review on the Drill page. However I will put one here as well:I bought this drill back in December of 2012. I am an electrician and let me tell you. This is a pile of junk. The battery clips have snapped off just from normal use. The batteries don't last at all now. I can only drill 4-6 1" inch holes until the battery dies. The drill speed adjuster dial moves while the drill is in use which is very frustrating. Hitachi has not gotten back to me about the warranty either. I don't know how so many people like this drill as the only thing i see it good for now is a hammer, and it's horrible at that as wellOn the saw which I also bought:While the saw may look nice, it is unbalanced which makes putting the blade down firm difficult. Changing the blade can be very frustrating when the disconnect half the time is sucked back into the body unit. The guard does not seem safe at all. It is very heavy. I keep it for just cutting things I can't cut with my Milwaukee bandsaw which I bought after this dissapointment of a saw (btw milwaukee 18v bandsaw is the best tool ever).The light:Joke! dropped the light maybe 2ft off my stanley box and it won't work now. bulb is fine, all the connections are intact inside, I have no idea. Cheap.I would never buy a Hitachi Product again. I want my money back.

Not so "Pro" Combo Kit

I bought this combo-kit at Lowes after reading a lot of favorable reviews ....although it is a nice kit I would not rate these tools for professional daily use....the Sawzall is built very sturdy and a lot of attention was put into the details of making a nice looking tool.... however it vibrates horribly and just does not feel right for Pro use + a low 2100 spm puts it at the very lowest end of all the Pro Sawzalls....the quick change blade assembly is a complete joke.....I could not comfortably put in or take a blade out...maddening...!!.......the battery charger is very cheaply made and would not withstand the tossling around on a job-site....the light was surprisingly bright and sturdy as was the drill but with a 1.5 battery would never last long during a complete day on the job....the wind-up; if you are a D.I.Yer and are looking for a good set at a good price I would highly reccomend this kit ....for a Pro...do what I did ....buy Makita.....
