Bosch is better than I expected

I research Bosch and Makita. The impact driver in Makita has brushless bearings but has plastic gears; plain and simple. The Bosch has all metal gears. Get the hammer drill because it is amazing. both have LED lighting. The battery recharges and hold their charges whereas some of the Makita batteries do not. I recommend this combo kit and buy individual tools like saw, jig.

panasonic cordless drill guy for years but when you drive as many screws as we do in our cabinet shop the driver cant be beat.as fast and as powerful as ourair guns without air hose getting in the way.charge meter on batteries is very handy

Great combo

I have used this combo unit just a little so far but have been very pleased with the drill. The impact tool still has to be used and I will update my recommendation if anything surprises me. Again, so far no complaints. I like how fast you can lock in the bits. The batteries last a longer time than my other drills and the life indicator is very useful.I also like the light on the drill, again very useful.
