Awesome set

My wife recently got me this set for my birthday and I've used all the tools and here are my initial impressions. In a word, this tool set is awesome! I retired an old set of Porter-Cable tools and didn't know a tool set could be this good! To start with the batteries that come in this set are great and deliver almost full power until they are empty. They have a gauge on them that indicates how much power is left.The recip saw is the best tool ever for pruning trees - no scraped knuckles and the limbs are cut off flush with the tree. I have used the drill more than the other tools and it is very powerful and surprisingly light weight. Like all the tools in the set it fits nicely in my hands. The circular saw works great too. I replaced the factory blade with a Diablo and kept the other for a spare. The impact driver was probably the biggest surprise of all. While this tool is compact in size it's powerful - not enough for breaking lug nuts on a car, but plenty for most weekend projects. The flashlight is... well it's a flashlight.All in all, this is a great set of tools.

I've had this set for about a week and I am enjoying everytime I use each tool. The flash light is suprising. I used it on a dimly lit jobsite for 4 hours straight, awesome. All the tools are top notch, don't cheap out, get this set.

So far, great tools

This is the premium 20V Max 5 tool kit. 3Ah batteries and it looks like the best of the tools of each type. I have a wide assortment of 18V tools and these are the first 20V that I have obtained. They seem to be more powerful and are lighter because the batteries are lighter. I like the bag as opposed to the hard cases I received with my 18v tools. It provides more flexible storage. Glad to see the fuel guage on the batteries, but still arent as user friendly as I think they could be. They need an audible or visible hands off warning as the batteries are getting low. But the fuel guage is a step forward. I wish the kit provided a proper saw guide with the saw, and some on board storage for bits on the drill and impact tool. I like the onboard LED light. Would like the saw to have some sort of laser capability to keep the saw on a straight line. These are reasons for 4 stars instead of 5 stars.
